How soon must I cancel my appoinment?


You must cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.




Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?


No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.




Do your wash windows?


Yes, we offer window washing for both commercial and residential properties. There is a extra $7 per window fee for residential properties.




If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?


Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.




What type of properties do you clean?


We provide commercial cleaning and janitorial services for a wide range of buildings, office, retail and residential spaces, beauty salons, financial institutions, learning centers and more. TWO MOMS AND A BUCKET NO LONGER OFFERS RESIDENTIAL CLEANING SERVICES




Can I schedule a one-time cleaning?


Two Mom's caters to the need of our customer’s schedule. Just visit our booking page to chose the available schedule that best fits your needs, whether that is a routine service, month-to-month, a one-time service or a long term commercial cleaning requirement.

What type of products do you use?


Two Moms and a Bucket is a environmentally-friendly commercial cleaning company that uses all Natural products and cleaning techniques.




Is Two Moms and a Bucket a licensed and Insured company?


Yes. We operate 100% Licensed, Insured and Bonded.




Do I pay for an estimate?


We offer a free 15 minute consulation.




Do you guarantee your work?


Yes, we do! If you are dissatisfied with a cleaning visit, we will schedule a immediate visit to solve any problems right away or your next cleaning is on us.




What should I do before you arrive?


Please remove any items that may delay our cleaning personnel in the cleaning of your home. Please secure all pets for your pets safety and our's.

What are your payment options? Do you offer monthly invoicing and billing?


We offer multipe payment options including Cash, paypal, credit/debit cards, e-checks and cashier checks. Yes, we can. Just inform us about your company invoicing and any particular needs.





No, we can clean during whatever time you prefer — during business hours or after hours.

Cancellation Policy

If a cleaning appointment is canceled less than 48 hours in advance, or if the cleaner is unable to enter the house, a cancellation fee of 50% of that cleaning's cost will be charged. If an open-ended (hourly) cleaning is canceled less than 48 hours in advance, a cancellation fee of $75.00 will be charged.
